Returns Policy

We offer a 14-day return period from the date of delivery. By placing an order with us, you agree to the terms outlined below.

1. Eligibility for Returns

Returns will only be accepted under the following conditions:

    • You notify us in writing within 28 calendar days of receiving the goods.

    • The item is unused, in its original packaging, and in a resaleable condition.

    • The item is not damaged, worn, washed, personalised, or altered in any way.

We reserve the right to reject any return that does not meet these requirements.

2. Exclusions

We do not accept returns in the following circumstances:

  • Change of mind (including mistaken orders, wrong size, or unwanted gifts).

  • Products that have been used, worn, damaged, or altered after delivery.

  • Returns requested more than 28 days after delivery.

3. Damaged or Faulty Items

All items are checked before dispatch. We are not liable for items that are damaged in transit.

If you believe an item is faulty or defective, you must notify us within 48 hours of delivery. We will provide instructions on the type of photographs required to assess the issue. These must be submitted within 72 hours of our request. Failure to do so may result in the claim being declined.

We do not offer refunds or replacements for:

  • Items damaged after delivery

  • Accidental damage or misuse

  • General wear and tear

All claims are reviewed on a case-by-case basis, and we reserve the right to determine whether a product is defective.

4. Return Costs

Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer. We do not offer free returns or prepaid labels. We strongly recommend using a tracked service and retaining proof of postage, as we are not responsible for items lost in return transit.

5. Refunds

If a return is approved, we will issue a refund to your original payment method within 28 working days of receiving and inspecting the item. Shipping charges (original and return) are non-refundable.
